As a member of Master Integrators, you will be responsible for executing our strategic advantage: winning, growing and maintaining the most strategic private security and integration team in Texas. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing team to improve the way we interact, retain and build relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Master Integrators provides certificate rated professional security monitoring solutions for burglar alarm, fire alarm, access control and video surveillance. Our team provides solutions to all areas of Texas.
What you’ll do
Lead – Manage and grow client relationships with our key solutions across Texas.
Strategist – Work with our team to devise and execute the overall team operational strategy.
Design Build – Use decision making and sound business judgment to provide the best security solutions with installation to client.
Business Development – Generate new business by being the local liaison for solutions to clients in your local area.
Learn – Security System/s and Fire Protection System Monitoring Solutions.
Influence – Work cross-functionally Client, Product Solutions, and Master Integrators to improve the client experience and revenue goals.
About you
Natural leader, pride yourself on your ability to manage client relationships independently.
Tech savvy, know automation, know programming, with the ability to learn software and applications to control local hardware
State Licensed, work duties require commission from state of Texas.

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in consulting / strategy / sales / business development / operations / technology / banking / analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
Proven track record of building client relationships, leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve profitability and productivity of team.
