Major Manufacturing - Router Template,  Router Spacer for Porter Cable Model 691 & Aluminum Cutting Bit to cut HES 5000 & 5700 Electric Strike by Major Manufacturing

Includes Template, Router Spacer & Router Bit by Major Manufactring router template HIT-41HS1 for HES 5000 and 5700 series template with the 501AL faceplate option.  Faceplate size is 1 1/4" x  4 7/8" with round corners.  Mounts to door or frame with self-drilling screws (supplied).  Requires a router with a 3/8" outside diameter template guide and a 1/4" diameter bit.

Comes with 3/8" outside diameter template spacer guide for the Porter Cable Model 691 router and a 1/4" diameter aluminum cutting bit.  HIT-45TG5 and HIT-45RB4

Example of Use: Access control installation with a ASSA ABLOY HES 5000C Electric strike installation on commercial tilt wall facility that has a aluminum trim exterior glass door.  Requires the dead lock and the interior lock knob to be removed.  Dead lock is replaced with a Adams Rite ASSA ABLOY 4510 Deadlatch.

The interior lock knob is replaced with the Adams Rite ASSA ABLOY 4590 Stainless Paddle configured PUSH to exit. The exsisting lock cylinder & key will continue to unlock door on the outside of the facility with the new deadlatch. The HES 5000C electric strike is cut into door with a high speed router, a special bit, cutting paste and custom jig.
